It all started one fateful night somewhere in Seattle when an unknown singer quietly stepped up to the microphone and said to the audience "Hey I'm a Little Rusty", what happened next was amazing. This totally unknown singer, who called himself "Little Rusty" literally blew everyone away from the stage. According to everyone there it was a powerful, high-energy performance that stunned everyone. It wasn't too long after that everyone began coaxing "Little Rusty" to get back up on the stage & do his thing, and the rest is history. Those who have heard Rusty perform either live or in the studio know he's a vocalist that packs a powerful punch combining raw energy with a hi-adrenalin vocal delivery. Sometimes out of control, other times passive aggressive, always dark & mysterious, Rusty is one of those vocalist that keeps you guessing & entertained all at the same time. Above all Rusty personifies everything a stereotypical rock & roll front man should be; energetic, charismatic, but above all; entertaining as hell.

A native of western Washington, Rusty was personally coached by Seattle vocal legend David Kyle who has trained the likes of Geoff Tate (Quensryche), Layne Staley (Alice in Chains), & Mark Lanegan (Screaming Tress) just to name a few. His many vocal influences include Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots) Maynard (Tool), Layne Stayley (Alice in Chains) & of course Chris Cornell (Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Audioslave).
